I use Centrum when I remember to take it. And I have to take it at lunch time! I get sick from vitamins also. When I was pregnant doctor suggested Flintstone chewables (to take 2).

UGH!!! Nowhere in town here sells the sharp provolone! (pondering the 40 min travel one way just to get smoked provolone...thinking maybe try a different recipe for butternut squash and making the 40 min travel from next grocery day)

Hmmmm.... I have lost nothing in my chest, but have lost 1 1/2" in both my waist and hips! (No wonder my jeans looked like I had a sack of poo poo starting in them Friday)

I only put cleaning down if it is something out of the norm, like shampooing the carpets, scrubbing baseboads, something I only to once a month or less that takes some extra time and energy.

I like spicy v-8 mixed with some beef boullion or beef broth. (has the tast of a thicker vegetable soup base) a bit filling too!

Seneca oatmeal and fruit cup (apple and cinnamon) after cooled a bit added a Hunts snack pack sugar free vanilla pudding cup.

To me I saw it as a quick fix diet for someone that might be retaining water and needing to fit into something for a special occasion. Definitely not a true diet to follow and expect lasting results! Lasting results = lifestyle changes that you can adhere to for a lifetime.

The recipe was saved in with my recipes. It did not say anything about it :( . It just said to mix all the ingredients using the water by the TBSP to make it the right consistancy. I guess that is why I never tried them before.
