Any ideas for exercise to do at work?
I am a hairstylist....looking for some exercises that would not be EXTREMELY obvious to do at work. I hear ever little bit helps. So instead of sitting on my duff when slow, I would like to find something to do besides walk!

My diary today
I preplan my diary when I can, realizing it could change throughout the day on days I work especially. But the question is, just how much is it ok to go over on protein???? I don't remember what med web site I was on that said too much is not good. That balanced diet is key.

It has only been three weeks. I THINK I am doing ok. Just wondering if others have times they seem like the end of the tunnel is SOOOO far away and wonder if/when time will be to celebrate a big success? Maybe I am just too hard on myself or still affected by all the negativity from the past.

Does anyone know how to best estimate how far 6638 steps might be??? It took an hour and 15 min because we were trick or treating. Thanks bunches. I just don't want to estimate too high. Most common web answer was 2000 steps to a mile.

what to do in this situation???
My food dairy has what I have eaten today. I made the entire serving of steel cut oats but measured out the amount I did not eat. I just was not hungry for any more. New look at the long term goal!!!
On the scale today it says I am down 15 lbs since I start MFP on September 13. As per my corny screen name, my goal is to lose around half of my starting weight which would be 153. So rounding to even numbers that would be 15. Break those down into ten smaller goals it would make them 15 lb goals instead of 150 lb goal.…

Anyway, I did not write down my measurements, but I put them on here. Is there a way to see the previous measurements to compare? I can see the weight progress but not measurements? I am very computer illiterate so this is probably right in front of my eyes and I just don't see it.
