sesame chicken with pineapple salsa

IF I entered this right, this came up to less than 240 calories per serving. (with a 4 oz piece of chicken) I am newer here so I might not have done something right. I just thought it sounded good to try and wanted a count first.
SESAME CRUSTED CHICKEN WITH PINEAPPLE SALSA
1/2 c sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons peeled minced fresh ginger
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
4 4oz skinned boned chicken breast halves
Cooking Spray
Pineapple Salsa
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread sesame seeds in shallow baking pan. Bake for five min. til toasted. Stirring half way through. Let cool. Increase oven to 400 degrees. Combine seeds, ginger, oil and salt in a small bowl and stir well. Spread evenly over chicken. Place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 20 min or til tender.
Pineapple Salsa
1 15 oz can pineapple tidbits drained
1/2 c chopped bell pepper
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon peeled grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
dash ground cloves
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill 15 minutes.
