Protein pancakes

Has anyone tried making Protein pancakes?
•5 egg whites
•2 tablespoons vanilla-flavored protein powder
•1/2 cup oatmeal
•2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
•1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
•1/4 teaspoon sugar substitute
•Water

    no, but do you reckon you have to cook the oatmeal first?

    The recipe was saved in with my recipes. It did not say anything about it :( . It just said to mix all the ingredients using the water by the TBSP to make it the right consistancy. I guess that is why I never tried them before.

    I make my own type of protein pancakes/waffles...I use 1c. whole wheat flour, .5c skim milk, one egg, 1 tbsp canola oil, baking powder, and a bigggg scoop of vanilla protein powder. It makes enough batter for about 4-6 waffles (I usually have one and a half waffles), and it's super yummy.

    I have protein pancakes I make with

    -egg whites
    -cottage cheese
    -oats
    -yogurt

    They definitely need some stevia sweetener and low cal maple syrup to be enjoyable like pancakes... but they have rockin protein for just 3 small cakes! I do not cook the oats first, but I use rolled. You might need to cook steel-cut.
