no, but do you reckon you have to cook the oatmeal first?0

The recipe was saved in with my recipes. It did not say anything about it . It just said to mix all the ingredients using the water by the TBSP to make it the right consistancy. I guess that is why I never tried them before.0

I make my own type of protein pancakes/waffles...I use 1c. whole wheat flour, .5c skim milk, one egg, 1 tbsp canola oil, baking powder, and a bigggg scoop of vanilla protein powder. It makes enough batter for about 4-6 waffles (I usually have one and a half waffles), and it's super yummy.0

I have protein pancakes I make with
-egg whites
-cottage cheese
-oats
-yogurt
They definitely need some stevia sweetener and low cal maple syrup to be enjoyable like pancakes... but they have rockin protein for just 3 small cakes! I do not cook the oats first, but I use rolled. You might need to cook steel-cut.0 -
Saving for later...want to give these a try...thanks0
