It is listed in cardio. I do not count mine. Mine is in my lifestyle activity level. Only time I count mine is when I do something way out of the ordinary like shampooing carpets where furniture is moved and all. I make my tuna with mayo, onion and dill weed sometimes. I also make dill dip which is equal parts sour cream and mayo and dill weed to taste. Can also be used in potato salad if dill pickles are used instead of sweet pickles or sweet relish.

For me it is increasing the water. But I really don't remember that week well! It was my second week on here I think. I was kinda a bummer. But I did lose the weight I gained plus some the next week!

Pecan crusted chicken or fish??? Maple glazed pork with pecans (sugar free maple syrup mixed with water warmed on stove or in microwave with pecans added served over roasted pork)? I am NOT good at the Just Dance, but having it I might as well face this challenge. It will at least give me a motivation to do it! Do you just track it as dance in your cardio exercise for 10 to 15 depending on the songs chosen?

Started out Sept 13 with 153 to lose. Down 22 lbs. I definitely suggest minimum 64 oz water DAILY!!! And 1500 - 2000 mg sodium intake!!! I had the same problem with swollen ankles. My mom even noticed a couple weeks ago that mine are not swelling. Add me if you would like!
