I've tried a few horrible ones....using optimum nutrition double rich chocolate now I mix with one cup of unsweetened plain soy milk and some cold water.It tastes delicious imo.

Grams or ounces can be used. 28 grams is one ounce. Your protein/carb/fat is tracked in grams. Serving sizes of your food can be in grams or ounces.ex. 28 grams of cheese and one ounce of cheese is the same, but the protein in that serving of cheese, 7 or so would be in grams.

Instead of doing 20 minutes at once you could try ten mins twice a day. I don't know if you already do, but you should make sure to get protein after your work out for muscle repair.

I often am at 40 percent and sometimes more too. I would also like to know if it is too much fat. I have found nonfat yogurt and (low fat) protein powder keeps it a bit lower, and beans too. I particularly worry when I go over on the saturated fats :/
