I cut out all soda and I'm not a big bean fan. I occasionally have them if I eat chili or a mexican dip of some kind but thats pretty rare.

30 minute jog on the treadmill and the Insanity DVD - today's DVD is Plyometric Cardio Circuit because I took yesterday as my rest day instead of today. :)

I do the Insanity work out and I log it under Aerobics-High Impact for 40 minutes (or however long the dvd was that day). All the calories burned are just an estimate anyway unless you have a heart rate monitor to tell you exactly what to enter.
