  • Just a bit of cardio for me today. 10 mins spinning, 20 on eliptical and 10 walking fast on the treadmill.
  • Less fat and more muscle. The same weight of muscle is smaller and denser than the same weight of fat so you could just be replacing fat with muscle which is good. Keep doing what you are doing. The increase in muscle will make it easier to burn fat.

  • No, you only need to have a calorie deficit as others have pointed out. You could eat KFC or chocolate only in your diet as long as you ate within your calorie deficit and you would lose.
