There should be settings on your phone to connect the watch to MFP and one in MFP under apps to connect to the watch. So you do both to connect it. Yeah some people are just horrible when they see you succeeding at something. Have had that and it’s tiresome - especially as you have no choice but to put up with them day in and day out. They will try and wear you down but don’t let them!

I just search ‘workout music’ on whatever platform I am using and some nice fast ones come up.

If you are using the app there is a + button near the bottom of the screen when you log in. Push that and then press on the bit that pops up and says ‘weight’. You can then put in your new weight. Of course if you look through the whole app pushing on everything you will soon learn how it works and get the best out of it.

Nice to know! I still have a great deal of obesity but I will be increasingly working on toning and weights as I get nearer my goal.

I had one day of gluttony on Xmas day and it took a week to return to my previous weight. That's ok, I planned for that and I feel good.
