  • If there is still a spot left, I'd like to sign up. Restarting with MFP after running a marathon in April and relaxing a bit after and this would be a great way to get into it again. My wife used to train with that DVD so we should still have it at home.

  • I second @wbgolden. Check out http://www.halhigdon.com/training/51131/Half-Marathon-Novice-1-Training-Program or any other of his half-marathon programs. I've used them to train for the multiple half-marathons and a marathon. Good luck!
