Thanks for the responses! I thought I heard something awhile back about working out at night doesnt show the same results. It is basically the only time I can do it! So it is good to hear that it doesnt matter when you work out

Great! I am starting it tonight and am excited. I know on the cover it claims to make you lose up to 5 lbs a week (which I know is probably not true). Did you notice any weight lose with it?
