30 DAY SHRED CALORIE COUNTER
One thing I would have to say about myfitnesspal, is that it doesnt list a lot of my workouts I like to do. For those that do the 30 day shred-how many calories do you count for each workout? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Work out in the morning or night?
Does it matter what time you work out? Is there more benefits about working out in the morning? Is it bad to workout at night? Any feedback would be great. Thank you!
