    i have this dvd and love it! its hard but i like it a lot better than any other yoga dvd i have done,

    Great! I am starting it tonight and am excited. I know on the cover it claims to make you lose up to 5 lbs a week (which I know is probably not true). Did you notice any weight lose with it?

    i cant say that i have because i do a few different dvd during the week but i do feel the burn and now i feel stronger. my husband did it with me and he broke a crazy sweat.

    I have it - very challenging for me! Lots of balance & strength involved. Can't compare it to any other yoga because it's the only form of yoga I've ever done. :tongue: As for weight loss - I usually use this DVD only once or twice a week, usually on a weekend when I'm sore & tired from a long week of hard workouts, or in the morning before I run. There's not a lot of cardio in it so it's not a super high calorie burn, but the strength, stretching & balance are great.
