Thank you! I tried aligning it but the side still pops out. I might have to get a jeweler to replace to battery.

That is a great idea! And I love Pinterest, so that's right up my alley!

Hi! I'm starting over as well. I gained enough weight back to be within 10 pounds of my highest weight ever and I'm definitely looking for more support! Feel free to add me!

If it's the only thing you're doing then I suggest doing it for 30 days. If its a supplement to your other workouts then every other day. I do intense cardio every other day and 30 day shred on the other days.

Here are some of my favs: 1. Ultra body building guy: The guy I see everyday in front of the mirror lifting the same weights everyday. 2. Singing lady: You know how they say if you can sing then your heart rate isn't high enough? This lady makes sure that she knows! She sings while she is working out on the arctrainer. No…

Thank-you! Maybe that's what he was talking about!

I wanted to hear some input on it and he's actually not the first trainer to tell me this!

Try setting small goals. When I first started working out, I told myself to commit to 30 minutes a day and I eventually moved up from there. It is really easy to get obsessive as I've been there before but an injury stopped that for me, you just have to learn how to balance everything out. By the way I love all of Jillian…

One of my resolutions is to keep up with my healthy lifestyle. I've lost weight countless times but the REAL challenge is keeping it off. I plan on not letting life sabotage me and even when I reach my goals I want to be very active so that possibly one day when I get married/have children I will have a healthy lifestyle…

It is all about health for me, but it helps that my b/f notices my body changing for the better! ;)

But can't you only have a certain amount of 0 points foods everyday?
-
I alternate to give my muscles a break so one day I do cardio and the next day I do 30 day shred. What kind of results have you been seeing?

I agree with the comment above. You could have a vitamin/mineral deficiency. There was a period of time where I could not stop eating salty food and it turned out I had low iodine so you never know. Go see your doctor! Also, try to write down your binges and how you are feeling when you binge; take it to your doctor. Good…

I've been dying to ask this question...thanks!!!

My rules: 1. No matter what I must work out 6 days a week (and if that requires hitting the gym at 5 in the morning, I go) 2. Limit sodium intake to 2500 mgs a day 3. Allow myself one cheat meal on my weigh in day 4. Eat out as less as possible and if I have to, make wise choices!

I'm a grad student so I'm definitely on a tight schedule. What works for me is making time to work out. Kind of like an appointment and I put it in my planner. I also budget for healthy food and eating out less has def helped my wallet! Even with the stress of preparing a thesis, I've still managed to stay on track. Its a…
