  • I bake eggs in cupcake pans 350 degrees for 15 mintues and eat them on an english muffin with a slice of 45 cal cheese. Egg McMuffin (minus the meat) to go!! You can make them ahead of time and freeze them for a quick heat in the morning.
  • Love the shred!! Did the whole DVD religiously and had great results on the scale and in inches!! Good luck I barely made it through the warm up in level one but keep pushing you will get it!! I am glad that I did!!
  • Another correctional worker here :) I walk the compound with a friend on hourly open moves and jog/walk on my 1/2 lunch :)
  • I have been doing the Shred for about 60 days now: I did level one until I was able to complete it without totally dying then did the same for level two I want to say it took me about 2 weeks with level 1 then about 3 weeks with level 2. Then I started the "30" days over and did 10 of 1....10 of 2...and now I am on day 5…
  • Hi!! I am a 30yo Mom of three children (7 yo girl,5 yo girl,1 yo boy) I have been following my fitness pal for almost 6 months, lost 61lbs and still have more to lose. :) Add me if you would like. This is lifestyle change for me and I am loving every minute!!
  • I would like to participate.
  • I use the mfp recommended calories for 2 lb a week weight loss. I am almost always under or right at my daily calorie goal but I set it for the 2 lb a week so if I do eat a little heavier one day here and there I don't feel so bad about it.
  • It looks like you have lost 114lbs....did you do that by eating entire pies?? LOL Don't eat it!!!
  • I did some research on the barefoot walking and actually prefer this over walking with sneakers. I bought a pair of skeletoes and I am IN LOVE!! Not the cutest things in the world but I LOVE THEM!! Tia
  • That is awesome!! Congratulations on your achievements!! You are an inspiration I hope to post this someday!!
