I have a cheat day. and I do, eat what I want.. if it's out to eat, I still make a way better choice than I used to, and usually only eat half of what I get and take the other half home or just dont even bother. I absolutely LOVE Wii Fit! I get on the Free Step, turn the volume down on the Wii, and change back over to the tv and step through a show or two. keeps my mind preoccupied without having to watch my little Mii lol (:

i don't eat all of mine, and what i do eat, i work at least half of it off... proven positive for me so far... lol i really just watch my grams of fat intake rather than cals or carbs.. recommended by my dietician :)
