  • I have the same issue as you. Sometimes it's the fabric I'm wearing. If it rubs my skin too much, the friction make it seem like my skin is itchy/burning. Other times, I can't figure it out. I'll be interested if anyone else has a solution.

  • I usually use it to make smoothies in the morning if I'm rushed for breakfast. Add any fruit or powder you want. Adding milk or juice can thin it out if it's too thick for your tastes
  • When I shop I do it weekly so I don't pick up junk and stuff that I can't afford (food wise and money wise). But then every night I log the following day's food so that I have a plan to hopefully stick to so I'm not tempted to head to the vending machine. Or if I reallllllly need to, I'll make better junk food choices…
