I love the Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein. You can get at Walmart it's not as expensive as some of theothers & has no medicine taste or after taste.

Day 5 level 3 done!!!! I'm thinking about doing a second week of level 3 not sure yet. I think I am going to continue doing this dvd 5 days a week though.

I am so excited!!! I actually see a difference in my arms already. I have some definition where it did not exist before!!! Today was day 3 level 2 for me. This is an awesome dvd. I think I am going to continue with it even after the thirty days. Gonna try to keep up with it 5 days a week after the 30 days is up!:happy:…

OK today was day 1 level 2. It was much quicker paced. I got lost a couple of times but I really enjoyed it!

Today was day7 level 1. I am gonna try level 2 tomorrow. I'm not gonna take a day off because I am bad about breaking a routine & not starting it again. I also went to the dr. & am gonna have a procedure that will put me out of excercise for atleast one week. I really want to finish this before I have it done.

This was day 6 for me. I don't seem to be as sore as I was. But the side lunges are very difficult for me. I feel like like my form is all wrong & running man's I seem to fall out.

My scale is also up 3 lbs. from saturday. I am trying to not focus on the number but yuck!!!

My legs are very sore. I guess it has been so long since I worked them hard. These excersises are kicking my butt. On day 1 I used 10lb weights cause that's all I had. On day 2 I went & bought some 5lb weights to use instead. I pushed through & this was day 4. I find the side lunges extremely difficult. I can't seem to get…

I am in! I actually just bought it yesterday. Today was my second day. I am sore but in a good way. I am working my legs in a way that I never have before.:wink:

I think it says to do it 5-6 days a week & to take atleast one day of rest.

Your thyoid will effect more of your energy levels then anything. That is why it is harder to lose weight. My daughter has hypothyroidism so we have been dealing with for about 3 yrs now. You seem to be doing great with the exercise! I would up the calories & try reducing the carbs but not drastically. Try that for a day…
