This one said at 5'7", with my large frame I should weigh between 158 and 173.8. That makes me…

food can be an addiction. As such denial is part of the disease process. He will have to hit a bottom of some sort, feel enough pain to want to do something different. Good for you for trying, be there if and when he needs a hand!

just like with Zumba, this is very dependent on the unstructor and on how much you put into it! Go out there and shake what your mama gave ya, make the movements big and you will burn a bunch! Have fun!

2 a day is great! If you want to speed along the process, be sure to add some weight training as well. Good luck!

Nothing to be afraid of. Your body will do what it will do, and it will all be fine. Try to focus on how healthy and strong you feel in a fit body and let the vanity stuff go. Strong and healthy is sexy! I bet your guy will agree, with or withour extra skin!

Confidence is sexy, so if you love yourself, stretch marks and all, there are plenty of men who will not even notice the stretch marks! No need for the nunnery!

Clearly, the guy was not worth meeting. What a complete jerk!

Uggh, In the past week, I have gained and lost back 7 pounds of water weight. Frustrating, I am very sodium sensitive, not to mention carbs, so when I get off balance it takes a bit to get back. But, still 3 pounds down this month. Here is hoping that I can get 2 more off this week.

You are definately not alone, and most definately can do it! I have found Yoga to be very helpful for me, it helps me to stay centered, and less pulled into the SAD. Feel free to add me if you want!

Does your gym offer any classes? These are a great way to get some cardio in and not be bored to tears on the treadmill. As far as a weight routine, there are some aps for smart phones that will give you suggestions for routines. Or if it is in the budget, you might want to hire a personal trainer for a few sessions, and…

I worked with a trainer 2-3 times per week, for a year. I loved having a trainer. My trainer knew that I love a challenge, and would create stuff, for me to try. it was great! That being said, not every trainer is for everyone, do your research and good luck!
