Thank you all so much!!!!!!! The before pics are 8 weeks after my pregnancy!! And this took me about a year or so! I would fall off the workout wagon and holidays I gained back some! But I have almost lost all of my holiday pounds now! Please feel free to add me I love support and love giving it too!
