  • Body attack is my most favourite class EVER and I'm gutted my current gym doesn't do it. It's a aerobics-type class with fantastic music and it's really fun! There are lots of options for people who are a bit less fit so you don't have to kill yourself when you first start. It also incorporates some push ups, sit ups etc…
  • Oatibix all the way! I like the biscuit ones, they're a bit like weetabix but loads better. Keep you full for ages, especially if you warm it in the micro for a few mins. All in all it's under 300 calories for 2 biscuits with milk (that's maybe a bit more than a lot of cereals but it's worth it).
  • A 'healthy' treat for me is a low cal hot choc and alpen light bar (choc and orange, mmm).
