There are many Zumba videos on you tube. I downloaded several of them and exercise at my own convenience when we do not have class. Many of the videos are songs that we use in our class so they really help in getting the rhythm before the next class.

I like the eliptical the best. It seems to burn the most calories without being too hard on my body. I also joined a Zumba class. While I can't keep up with all the moves, I can already feel my stomach muscles becoming stronger and more toned. (I just stay in the back of the class and go at my own pace) Very frustrated…

I am going through the exact same thing. Lost 6 lbs in the first 3 weeks. This week, I gained even though I was staying in my calorie intake and exercizing daily. :-( Very frustrating!
