It takes over 5000 calories to gain a pound, so unless you ate 10,000 in 2 days. Nope. It's just normal weight fluctuation.

I get mine (Kara) from Ocado for £1.39 for a litre. I'm not really sure any of the non dairy milks can/are made here? Maybe oat milk..

I'm pretty sure BMR is a global thing. Since everyone has it.. But they're only guidelines anyway. I agree with Mdspecer, go to the docs and see what daily calories they'd recommend. Also there are a few PCOS threads on here that might help you :)

Put some kind of moisturiser or serum on just before you get in :). I use R&B from lush which seems to help by creating a barrier

I'm the same! I eat a lot of fruit, so today I've had some OJ (not from concentrate) and a banana and I'm already over my daily sugar intake!
