  • I want to lose at least 4 lbs. I put on a few pounds throughout the Christmas season, so I'm up to 303.6. I want to be under 300 lbs! Once I get below 300 lbs, I'm buying myself a massage. I've never had a professional massage before and I figure that losing 70 lbs is a reason enough to treat myself to my first one. :)
  • On the left was last summer, on the right was today! I'm so proud of myself! <3 <3
  • I read something once that really changed the way I see things. When you get a flat tire, you don't slash the other 3 just because one went flat. So when you have that day when you eat fast food and then think that you have screwed up and should just eat the cookies anyway, go ahead and have 2 or 3 cookies. Don't eat an…
  • @bluenoser38 I allowed myself to have enough, but not an insane amount of food on Thanksgiving and then was back at it the next day. I figure the holidays are one day at a time. Allow yourself to enjoy the food on the holiday, but on the other non-holiday days, eat like normal. One bad day isn't going to derail your entire…
  • I'm trying to go to the gym 3 days a week. I usually ride the bike for 5-6 miles, walk for a mile or so and do some weight machines in between. The holidays are rough though! My schedule is super busy so I don't get to go 3 times a week like I want to, but I'm going as often as I can!
  • You are exercising! Just because you're not hitting the gym 5 days a week or running 3 miles a day doesn't mean you're not exercising. You may be going slow, but you are lapping everyone sitting on their couch doing nothing. It's not how fast you get there, it's all about going. You can do this!
  • I was a "one day" kind of gal. One day I'll lose weight, but not today. One day I'll eat healthy, but not today. One day never came. That was until I started having severe pains and landed myself a week long stay in the hospital with complications because of my gallbladder. I ended up having my gallbladder removed and…
  • I bought a dress a couple of months ago that was a smaller size than I usually wear. I tried it on yesterday and it was way too big! I barely got to wear it, but it's going to my donate pile. Also, I didn't gain any weight over Thanksgiving!
  • Left picture was August of 2014 at my heaviest (approx 370 lbs), the right is last week at 313 lbs. I still have a long way to go, but I'm getting there!
  • At work and smiling because I'm 36 lbs lighter than I was 2 months ago!
