  • brooklyn--I think 130 is a good weight for someone your height. At 110, you'd definitely be underweight! My doctor told me 105-110 is a good weight for someone my height--not quite 5'1" Just try to maintain where you're at and tone up if need be, but I think 130 is perfect.
