Me, You, and my scale are not getting along at all and its making me extremely nervous! I want to be lean and thin, Not have you turn me into a body builder!! Jeez.. When Will I see the numbers go down instead of up? You are killing me, please tell me when I will stop being so sore. I know I know I'm whining. Eh.

How long have you been doing it. I thought about getting one of her DVD's but haven't yet.0

Thanks! Yeah I have an Compulsive obsession with my scale, but I did take measurements last night and I do feel a million times better about my body just from the past 2 days! It's amazing what this workout does in such little time!0 -
I'm on Day 3 too and I feel your pain.... and my own and the whole planets!
Stick at it hun! I'm sure we'll feel and see the benefits soon!

I'm on day 3 today, I woke up sooooo sore, but I know that my body is changing for the better. I haven't looked at the scale yet, maybe lighter weights would help if you feel you are gaining too much muscle? But I'm sure after 30 days you'll be really happy with the results! I'm excited to see what happens in a month!0

LOL, what dvd are you doing??? Im doing her new one Killer Buns & Thighs and I am sore every day and Im almost done with level 1, but I have already lost 4 "...I have her 30 Day Shred but I haven't done that one yet and I also have her on the Wii..You will see result, no worries!!!0

I recently finished my 30 days. It does get better. You may get a little sore when you start the other levels. I lost more inches than pounds. Well worth the pain! Good Luck.0

I am on day 5 and I woke up with no soreness this morning, I could finally sit down on the loo without having to help lower myself down. Yay...keep at it...you will stop hurting.0

Great information, just read this and definitely keeping it in mind when I hit the scales on Monday after my exercise routine kicks in this week, with cycling and Bootcamp!!!0 -
Here's New strategy to try. If you are really sore you are working too hard! Strange but too much lactic acid in muscles makes them sore and means that you are working anaerobically. If your goal is fat burning, stay near the top of your target heart rate. You will be working at the max rate your heart can deliver 02 to your muscles and break down fat into a usable form. I could never get past day 7 of the 30DS because it made my thighs bulk up-- couldn't even squish them into PJ shorts that had fit right before I started.0

I'm on Day 6 of 30DS. Keep with it! I already lost 2lbs and FEEL better. My legs had some fat to lose, and they are already looking a little more toned. Not bulky at all, but definitely are getting more definition. You can do it! Add me if you want and we can encourage each other to stick it out.
Also, don't be afraid of the scale. You're exercising and it WILL pay off

I thought the same thing. I am almost complete with week 1. Jillian is the devil..lol LOVE her.. My body is transforming so fast. Yes in only a week. I am obsessed with my scale as well. So i have to mentally prepare myself that I am building muscle before I step on the scale.. I am actually doing her Ripped in 30.. I skipped the 30 Day Shred since Ripped in 30 was her new release. I don't know anyone who has done it, but hope to have pics soon!!!! Good Luck everyone!!! Size Sexy we shall be!!!!0
