My friend has the bodybugg but she said it was not tracking her information correctly. I recently purchased a Polar F4T HRM and love it! I was amazed at how well it worked. It tells me how many calories I burned for my workout and how long my work out was, which is what I wanted it for.

I work 7pm-5am. I eat breakfast when I get up at like 1pm and have lunch around 530-6pm and dinner about 9-10pm. I have snacks inbetween. I log it from the time I get up till the time I go to bed. To me that is my day, I just have a little different hours then the 'normal' people...lol! Good luck!

I felt like I was getting the flu recently, and I decided to continue with going to my personal trainer. I must have sweated it out because I felt so much better by the next day.
