Quest bars are amazing! 17g of fibre per bar! Awesome! All protein bars pack a decent amount of protein but NONE get anywhere near that level of fibre and I'd hazard a guess that the vast majority of people overlook fibre and don't get enough of it. And it's a pretty important part of our diets.

Try a circuit routine or something. If you're bored, definitely change things. I tend to change things after 8 weeks, 12 weeks definitely as I also get bored.

Can't see it playing a huge role in weight loss but for good quality sleep get some ZMA down you. Won't help you drop off but the quality of sleep is much, much better. Proven scientifically too, unlike herbal bull****.

Quest bars. Nothing comes close to their protein and FIBRE content. 17g of fibre in one bar... epic!

Vegetable stew. Simply boil hot water with whatever veg you like and spices or stock cube for flavour. Cook it in batch, freezer bag it. Defrost and take portions to work with you. Under 100 calories per bowl and because it's hot and a fair amount of liquid you'll feel full.
