My calorie range is anywhere from 1100-1700 calories during the week. Typically I average a good 1200-1400 calories. I try to keep my NA around 1500 if possible...it averages out during the week. I watch my calcium and try to drink my milk. As for the sugar amounts, I am ignoring this one...I haven't figure out this one…

I am using my same peanut butter, no changes. I have told myself, I cannot have the peanut butter every day and when I do have the treat...I only use 1-2 teaspoons instead of entire tablespoon. I love peanut butter too!

I quit the soda! Cut out the junk, the snacking, the sodas and the sugar cravings went away! I could not believe all the sodas I was drinking!
