Make changes a little bit at a time. It takes time to change eating habits. This is a life long thing. If you don't change habits, then weight WILL return. Stay focused!

Yes. Especially if you are a dark soda, also Mountain Dew, or coffee drinker. If you truly want to get away from the caffeine, you will have to bear with the headaches for 3-5 days. I finished up 3 nights of work, so no housework while working. I did actually get in about 15 minutes on the kitchen floor, living room, bathroom floor vacuuming. I am off 3 days, so I will get back to work on the house..

That's right! No procedures, no doctors, no bosses, no visitors, no meal trays, and most patients are sleeping. And, I actually get to read the charts, talk to the patients who are awake....geezzzzzzzzzzzzzz, I actually get to do my job!

15 minutes spent in the kitchen (general counter clearing, dishwasher unloaded, sink cleared, floor swept). Small entry rugs washed. Light vacuuming. 15 minutes of light clutter clearing from living areas.

I am checking in for accountability. I am still on plan and losing weight very slowly about 1 pound a week on average. My calories range any where from 1200-1600 during the week. I guess this is way I losing weight very slowly. I am still headed in the right direction.....Down in weight!

You have to come to realize that his is a life style change. If you do not change your habits you will gain the weight back! This only took me 40 something years to get it through my head! We are so glad you came back! Get serious and make the changes you need to do.

I thought of the timer thing years ago. I can't get motivated, but if I know I only have 15 minutes to do something, I know there is a quitting point if I want. Or....I can keep going. Today, the timer get the bathroom today and probably the kitchen again.....Ok.....I got to get going......Here I go!
