Does anyone else share this issue - not so much being physically hungry but mouth hungry - I get this a lot - and gum doesn't do the trick!

Yes! just needing something that tastes nice in your mouth yeh?

peppermint tea or hot sweet tea has worked wonders for me on this.

I go with fruits if available - can't go much wrong with them!? :-)

I used to just want to chew something so I did ice. I always felt like if I chewed gum it would make me more hungry

Fennel seeds if you like licorice, flavor without much on the calorie side
  • I find eating carrots helps me :)
  • Make sure you are drinking your water.

I keep flavored water on hand for when I just needed something tastey but not really hungry.

Yeah but if you add ranch or blue cheese it's not 0 calories anymore, so be sure to log it. :-)
