Meals during the Night?
What do you typically eat while working the night? This is my typically work schedule for my first night back to work. I go to sleep around 10am and usually wake up around lunch because I am hungry, so I eat something light (cereal/milk) and head off back to bed and attempt to get a few more hours of sleep. Week of Dec.1-7 Housework Posts
As for laundry...It is just the two of us and dh has taken over the job. We do keep a laundry basket on top of the washer and when the basket is getting full, we know there are least 2 loads waiting to be done. List Favorite Foods Under 100 calories!
I would love a place that we can post our favorite foods under 100 calories. There are times during the day, you need that snack, but you do not want to go over your calorie limits. Apple Orange Celery Boiled egg Copy and paste lists here if necessary. I am off to find those foods!

Nov. 20-26 Post that Housework!
I have been working 3 nights and NOTHING.......................got done around here! I am sure glad that the house does not not change that much since the last cleaning. No children here except 2 little dogs. Tomorrow, I will start on some housework. I am will be using the timer to get motivated to get my b-u-t in gear.

I am checking in for the day. I am working tonight, so sleeping some of the day. I will stay on plan even at work! I have learned to say no to myself. I take my lunch and snack on my foods at work.
