  • me too hehe ive just looked up for lindt chocolate though (my fav) and he hasnt put the details for it :-( so not all chocolates have the details, but most :-)
  • Chinese is the only food that i pile my plate up like a mountain, and eat the lot!! and go for seconds!! its rare i eat it, i love it too much!!! Ive seen that those biscuit sticks with chocolate on them (Mikado) are on 11cal each!

It was and hour a day that got me started, then when i moved jobs it took me 2 hours a day which was harder at first, but i stuck to it as i got used to the walking. 7 miles a day, 5 days a week now, even in bad weather! but it does wonders!! my legs are in fit shape, no more thighs rubbing together!!
