Protein pancakes, 261 cals. Mix 3 medium egg whites, 30g apple sauce, 25g protein powder, 25g oats and 1 tsp baking powder. To keep cals low cook with 1 cal spray and top with berries.

Congrats! I finished C25K last year and I'm still running 3 times a week. I started stretching one of the runs pretty much straight away 5-10 mins at a time until I could run for an hour, I continued to use the first couple of weeks of the program for running intervals one day a week and I joined my local parkrun to try to…

Me too, but my dog does eat better than most people. :laugh: Love cottage cheese on a baked potato with tuna, on Ryvita with sliced tomatoes and basil, mixed with canned peaches or pineapple or dolloped on a bowl of veggie soup or pasta.

No more races until my half marathon in November, better start stretching those runs! I ran a very hilly 10K yesterday, 6.2 miles for the month!

Anything that doesn't taste good. I rarely eat out but when I do, it had better be yummy! I hate leaving the restaurant thinking that I could have made the dish at home and it would have tasted better and had less calories. :grumble:
