  • If I'm sick, I don't think about this. I eat when my body tells me I'm hungry and I eat what I feel like. I figure I need energy to get better. I'll get back to it when I'm healthy and i have l less to stress about.
  • me - on a normal day (not getting ready for a special occasion). I can get ready in about 20-30 minutes. I take a 10-15 minute shower, figure out my outfit in the shower, get dressed, do my hair (about 10 minutes) and go. I don't wear make up, so that helps. That's what slows me down for a special occasion. :)
  • I've already lost about 50-60 lbs, but I'd like to lose 100 before I start to try - I at least want to be under 200 before getting prego. I'm 20lbs away from that. Hubs and I are talking about trying sometime next year.
  • I get like this too when I interval and walk more than 2 miles a day. I just can't stop shoving food in my mouth. My trick currently is to drink a lot of water before and after. Some times it helps. Some times, it doesn't.

  • When I cut out caffeine - which I need to do again - I drank a TON of water... like about 1-4 gallons a day. It helped me and it helped to get the headaches to go away faster. I'm not sure how it works, but it helped.
  • I cook the same way I always did, I just watch my portion size and substitute things like mac&cheese w/more veggies...
  • I don't, but my husband has Idiopathic Generalized Epilepsy. He is also medication resistant. It's a really tough disorder. We've had some major challenges w/it in the last few years, but he and I will never stop fighting.

  • That's actually an normal feeling. When I was training C25k on a treadmill and then moved outside in the spring, it was essentially like I had to start over because my gait and the impact was so different. It gets better...
  • My thing about beer is this. That watered down light stuff is not what it's about. It's about the body, the flavor, and the enjoyment of the beer itself. Ergo, when I drink a beer, I either work into my day or I work it off. I'd rather have one really good beer than 3 lower calorie beers.

  • I vary between 150-250. It's either greek yougurt and coffee (black w/sweetener) or egg whites and fruit with coffee.   • I'm not sure what it is and I'm sorry your injured. If it lasts for a while or gets worse, I would suggest seeing a physical therapist and getting some physical therapy.

  • I usually do a diet soda (small). I like to do the pretzels too, but if i do those, I either go home and walk them off or they are my meal. Not heathly, but I'm trying not overeat. I will also occasionally get a small popcorn - no extra butter.
