Any way you cut it, it's 3500 calories cut to lose a pound of weight. So figure that at 10 lbs in one week, they sure aren't cutting out 35,000 calories to lose 10lbs or exercising to burn it off at that rate. Some of it is water.

That's what we're doing but not at that rate. They exercise hours a day and eat given portions of food that they don't really have to go out and shop for. The huge weight drops in the lst week when someone is so overweight as these people are is a lot of water weight. Not 30lbs worth of course but a big percentage is fluid…
