  • I have a pair of rollerblades (in-line skates - Rollerblade is the brand, but their name is being used generically like Kleenex and Band-Aids) at my boyfriend's place. He also owns a pair of skates. I bought mine from Sports Authority a few years ago for a good price. I'm not a pro, but the pair I bought were just fine for…
  • MFP taught me how to eat what I want, but in moderation. Having a community of people with inspiring stories and goals is a great motivation for eating right and exercising every day.
  • Congrats on getting into your jeans! I have a few pairs in the closet that I'm waiting to try again. It was so sad when I found out I couldn't fit into my favorite pair anymore. That was the last straw and I decided to get in shape and get toned. I think I should try on my jeans again when I go home. Thanks!
  • It would be weird for me to do this in the office... I share a room with 7 co-workers. I'll definitely be doing these and a bit of strength training when I get home. My bf showed me some moves and it's quite simple to do every day... I've been a bit lazy. :P Thanks for the motivation!
  • Wow, what a great success story! Thank you for sharing. :)
  • This was a topic a few days ago called "Skinny Crockpot". The suggestion was to checkout Facebook and Twitter for a page called Skinny Crockpot. Hope this helps.
  • I make my tuna salad with an avocado instead of mayo. Then salt and pepper to taste. Sometimes I eat this plain, most times I eat it with crackers or bread. Delicious either way.
  • Thanks everyone for reading and saying hi! Please feel free to add me as a friend. Accountability is definitely a good thing when it comes to weight loss since you have to be open and honest with your friends about what you are eating and doing. I'm really into MFP so far.
  • I'll have to check that out. I have a crockpot that should be put to work more often. I'm so lazy after work that sometimes I hate to cook. Thanks for posting!
