Now I know why nobody at work has said anything about me losing almost 50lbs. They are scared I might report them.

I went to the movies yesterday and for the first time my leg wasn’t squished up against the recline button! Normally the second I sit down my leg hits it and the chair starts to recline. It was so exciting!

I have been doing keto for 3 months now and have lost 40lbs. I have not fasted (well I guess I technically fast for 18 hours every day because I don't eat breakfast) and I drink at least one diet soda a day.

I'm 38, will be 39 in April. I started (again) Nov 1st and have lost 39lbs so far. I have about 60 more to go. I have 3 children aged 15 to 21.

I can't exercise, can't even walk more than 10min without being in bed for days after due to a disease I have. So for me, nutrition is it.

Cat calls. Or whistles. Just gross stuff like that and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I have a phobia of men. Every second of my day is pretty much filled with thoughts of being raped or abducted. Being fat makes me feel safer since it would be a lot harder for someone to drag me anywhere at 200lbs than 120lbs.

I'm sorry. It sucks when there is something about us we can't control. I have the opposite problem. It seems no matter how much I lose I keep my fat face and huge double chin. So I can never do those before/after face posts.

I have been doing keto since Nov 1st and am down 31lbs. I have hypothyroidism as well. I also have adrenal insufficiency and because of that I will be on steroids daily for the rest of my life. And since adding the steroids I can not lose weight from just calorie counting anymore. But I'm losing with keto AND calorie…

I don't have a pic but my go to snacks right now are pepperoni microwaved so they get crunchy like chips. And blue diamond garlic and herb almonds are amazing!
