Anyone else have a goal weight that still puts them in the overweight category? I am 5'2" and my goal weight is 160lbs. That puts me at overweight, 1lb under being moderately obese. Worst part of losing weight?
For me it's having my calorie amounts go down. I just changed my weight on here and get to eat almost 100 calories less a day. How do you log your weight lifting? I mean, I know you put under cardio, weight lifting, but how much time do you put? My workout start to finish is around 1 hour 20min. Obviously a lot of that is spent just standing still in between lifts. So I always log it as 45min. That says I burn 200 calories. Does that sound right?…

My arms don't seem to be getting stronger.
So on Wed I will start week 5. I can still only lift the 45lb bar during the overhead press. Today I did get 1x5@50, 1x4@50, 1x3@50 And 2x5@45. Even just the bar is so hard for me. Why can't I seem to make any progress with this?

Feel like crap the day after weight lifting.
I finished day 4 of stronglift 5x5 yesterday. I'm obviously new to this so my weights are very low. Anyway, the day after I always feel horrible. I'm SO tired and just yucky feeling.
