I really like beans, well I hate green beans, but love all other beans. I just have no clue what to do with them other than put them in chili. So does anyone have any bean recipes?!

Delicious magazines Tuscan bean soup is good. I also like BBC Good Food's bean and pepper chilli, like a vegetarian chilli without quorn and very good :). I eat a lot of beans. My food diary blog - ameliasfooddiary.wordpress.com - might give you some more ideas and has the link to the Tuscan bean soup recipe :). Hope this helps.

I love beans, especially pinto beans, or as we say here in the Ozarks, brown beans, just boiled in water, salt or jalapeno pepper or black pepper added, along with a side of plain rice. They smell so good when cooking.

Black beans with some hot peppers mixed in with cubed roasted pork or chicken served on top of quinoa and good fresh salsa to top it off

Sometimes, when I have a green salad, I'll toss in some beans for protein and flavor: kidney, garbanzo and pinto are my favorites for this.

I like pinto bean tacos, too. I just warm up the beans, put them in a warmed corn tortilla and top with cheese and whatever else strikes my fancy.

    Edited to add ...
I also like to eat a bowl of beans with a side of cornbread. Pintos get a few dashes of Tabasco and small white Navy beans get a good shake of Trappy's pepper vinegar.

If you've never had Cuban Black Beans, this is a must-try recipe! I get about 6 servings from these ingredients

Saute these until veggies are tender:
2 tbsp olive oil (or less)
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic

Add these items to pan and simmer for 30 minutes or so to blend flavors:
    3/4 cup water
    1 tbsp cider vinegar
    1/2 tbsp oregano
1 packet Sazon Goya sans annato
15 oz can black beans, drained
15 oz can diced tomatoes, drained

These are delicious as is, but if you want to bump it up a little more, serve it with some freshly, finely chopped onion and a splash more cider vinegar.
