Naked

I don't really like fruit and find it hard to get enough in my diet. I will eat apples and sometimes I will eat grapes or grapefruit but that is really it. So I was wondering if drinking Naked juice might be a good thing? I have not tried it yet so I am not sure if I will even like it, but if I do, is it ok to drink? I know they say you shouldn't drink your calories and that juice is really not good for you but I have also heard a lot of good things about Naked.
Would it be better to get my fruits from Naked than to not really get them at all is what I am asking I guess. Thanks for any help.

It's delicious! It's concentrated, though (as in calorically dense). I definitely wouldn't drink more than a bottle a day and would try to limit it to half a bottle.
Some fruits are delicious with savory meals, if you want to try something different. You can find recipes with apples, pears, plums, and even grapes that combine the fruits with chicken or pork. Might be a new way to approach it.0 -
I discourage juice. But, do what you want. Fresh juice is best due to active enzymes. Active enzymes are all dead in all commercial juices, so there's not much benefit, and it's just pure sugar. Just eat an orange. A glass of orange is comprised of what, like 8 oranges. Holy crap! Just eat an orange.0

Naked really isn't "a juice", it's more of a fruit frappe. It has juices in it, but not in the way that typical juices do. They don't last long on the shelves because of the amount of actual fruit in them, rather than just sugar and water.
One serving of the green machine juice (my favorite) has 28g of sugar... but a typical apple has 23g, and they don't ever ADD any sugar.
So I think you SHOULD drink these if you are concerned about not getting enough fruit. But I'm sure there are better ones than others, look through the products and pick out the good ones. Plus there are all kinds of extra goodies in these that you don't find in a single fruit alone.0
