I would like to join this challenge! I have been working out steadily for a couple months, but my diet hasn't been great, so I am getting back on track. Any motivation will help :)

Hi! I'm Brandi from New York. My current weight is 225, and I'm looking to lose about 75 pounds. I'm interested in finding the best (and healthiest) way for me to lose weight. I have been adjusting my diet in order to make sure I'm not under-eating. I will take any information I can get

I'm in too! I need to lose about 75 pounds. I have no end date in mind, but I would like to lose as much as possible by summertime. I want to be comfortable taking my daughter to the beach

Feel free to add me as well!

You can make your own using Greek yogurt. I make mine sometimes with vanilla Greek yogurt, banana and peanut butter. That way I get my protein in without the 'protein powder' taste. I also use Elevation protein powder when I'm in a rush and need a shake

When I can, I like to prep ingredients for salads for the week. I will bake or boil some boneless, skinless chicken breast to make sure I am getting some good protein and also make hard boiled eggs. With everything already prepped I can make my salad in a matter of minutes in the morning, and I get to put in whatever I'm…

When I get bored I try to shake up my workouts. Try a new class, or just working out at a different time of day can make all the difference!

Just remember that a pound of fat takes up a lot more space in your body than a pound of muscle. While you may have lost a little bit of weight, you're replacing your fat with lean muscle mass. Way to go on your progress!

When your house mates want to eat pizza, maybe try to make homemade pizza with a cauliflower crust and fresh veggies!! If you need to add meat, try the turkey varieties of sausage and pepperoni :-) Best of luck!

I would like to though!) -Workout at least 5 days; 30 minute minimum -Be under my daily calorie goal every day -Try to make 1 new healthy…

I am fine with any day. Most of the weight loss challenges I've done before did weigh-ins on Friday; I think so people had time to work off whatever they had on the weekend :-)

I would like to join you in this challenge! I gained quite a bit of weight while I was pregnant, and I think having something else holding me accountable would be a great help. I just started working out on Monday along with one of my girlfriends. I am wanting to work out 4-6 times per week, even if it is just a walk with…

Is this done every month? I've just restarted my diet/fitness journey, and would like to join a challenge like this :-)

I understand! I don't have quite as much weight to lose (about 55 pounds), but I've done it before and I can do it again. I gained my weight back (plus about 20 pounds) while I was pregnant with my daughter. I am ready to get back to being healthy. Motivating each other will definitely help! Good luck!!

Running is the best workout! You get results, and it has the 'afterburn' affect. I have gone running with my niece in a 'running' stroller and it wasn't that bad. It is more difficult than normal just because of the extra resistance. Try it out and see how you feel. If not, walking is better than not doing anything :-)…

Welcome! I have found this website to be really helpful keeping myself on track. I suggest using the app on your phone and the computer...it will definitely keep you motivated. 18 pounds your first month is great! Keep it up!

To each their own! If you don't like them, don't get them. I, however, love them and have many :-) Planning my next one for my birthday in a few weeks...can't wait!

Can anyone tell me what the C25K program is? I have noticed a lot of people on this site and Facebook mentioning it. I am a running beginner, and I think I would be interested in this. Thanks in advance! :-)
