I would like to join this challenge! I have been working out steadily for a couple months, but my diet hasn't been great, so I am getting back on track. Any motivation will help0

I am in! I've been making (slow but healthy) changes to my diet over ~2 years and am around the -20lb mark, but recently started to make the gym a regular routine and I'm ready to kick it into high gear. I'll post below items I want to track for progress, feel free to copy!
SW (2016): 145
CW (2018): 122
GW (mid-2018): 110-115
Height: 5'1
Current Waist: 30"
Goal Waist: 28"
My current 80/20 eating diary:
Breakfast: Chobani yogurt
Snack #1: Cream of Wheat
Lunch: Evol or SmartOnes frozen lunch (18g+ protein only)
Snack #2: Clementine or Orange
Dinner: 4oz chicken, 1-2cups broccoli/asparagus mix0 -

Discovered a new flavor greek yogurt today that is delicious beyond belief! I've been eating the same exact one for over a year but just tried the Mint Chocolate Chunk Blended and it tastes like ice cream. It's a limited batch, but they have the "Flip" version that's a regular item.
I can see myself buying this in bulk and blending with ice for a nice cool spring/summer smoothie!0 -
