I'm going to return this one. I just set it up and put it on and realized it will be really annoying. You have to hold your finger on the sensor for 8 seconds in order for it to read your HR. That will not work while jogging or during a fitness class. Any suggestions for monitors that don't require a chest strap? I think…

I'm just starting out. I'm going to do the couch to 5k 3 days a week and 30day shred 3 days a week with one day rest. I don't know how it's going to go (haven't started the shred yet, will start it tomorrow), but the C25K has been awesome.

I see. Thank you all for the speedy replies! I've been doing it wrong since I started then.. I would eat my 1320 calories and then burn off 300+ calories with exercise leaving me at 1020 calories.
