LOL- My hubby just made me laugh so hard
Because we are nerdy. I proudly told him that I burned off 700 and some calories by heavy housecleaning and an hour of shovelling a huge amount of snow (got over a foot last night!) to which he replied "How many did I burn off playing 90 minutes of Skyrim?" It made me laugh. Too hard.

Counting calories burned for Aquasize
Any ideas? I'm going to take a deep water aqua size fitness class tonight. It runs an hour. MFP suggested I eat 1320 to loose weight.. BUT..
MFP also tells me my BMR is 1643. I increased my original 1320 to 1470.. but is that enough? I am now officially confused. If I have to eat 1643 to keep my heart beating/etc, then why does MFP tell me to eat 1320? Should I eat 1320 to loose weight? Or 1643? I'm just all around confused. Thanks!
