I leave my fitbit on all day to log all my walking and cardio. I log strength training separately, however.

Milk is for babies. Why drink milk at all?

LOL I would help, but I don't eat meat. Sorry. Good Luck! If you find something yummy you should post it up :)

I did this last year and lost like 10lbs and I don't remember how many inches, but it was visible in my clothing and pictures more than on the scale. Do it, it's a good program.

When I don't use it I am waaaay less successful. You don't realize how much crap you eat until you log it...at least I don't haha!

Is the first phase 10 days? Your back roll is gone! I want mine gone! Good work, keep it up!

Wow! Look at those muscles, nice!!!

You look great! I think 130-135 is a healthy weight for our height. I hope I can be 136 soon LOL! I need to tone too! Summer is just around the corner, yikes!

My heaviest was 220. I am now 150, my original goal was 145, but now that I am 150 I want to lose more. I want to be able to wear a bikini and I still have a pudgy tummy and big thighs. I know weight doesn't matter and is relative to the amount of muscle that you have, but I am going to change my goal to 130 once I hit 145…

What an AMAZING story, thanks for sharing!

I HATE THE DEPO SHOT! I had that one time and one time only about 10 years ago if not more. I turned into a raging b!t(h, gained so much weight, was an emotional train wreck. I was not myself and was miserable. I literally hated myself and EVERYONE around me. I know pills are a pain in the *kitten*, but if you are having…

If you're feeling guilty why don't you workout a little to burn some of the calories that you ate? That may take away some of the guilt and make you feel better. If I cheat I always at least try to walk after I eat.

My motivation varies from day to day. Today I am happy because I finally get into a size 10 and I am fitting clothing that I have had in my drawers until I was "skinny" enough to fit them. That feels good. It also feels good and keeps me motivated when I can do more physically than I was able to do in the past. If you are…

YOU ARE AMAZING! ALMOST THERE YAY!

My first 10 days I lost 7.25" total (2" on my waist alone) and 4.5 lbs. Definitely an effective workout.

You look FANTASTIC! I LOVE your hoodie too!

I would try and stay away from meat substitutes although at times it can be hard. There are a ton of legumes, vegetables, and even grains like quinoa that have a sufficient amount of protein. I personally enjoy eggs, beans (many varieties), leafy greens like kale also have protein, and all sorts of nuts. The reason I…

I'm in. What are the rules?

You look AMAZING!!!! Keep it up! :drinker:

Absolutely, I don't see why not

Those are damn cute! I am in my 30's and I would rock those things so hard!

Yoga can help with intestinal issues too, especially inversion poses. I lost weight mainly with weight-lifting, yoga, & pilates. If yoga will get you up and moving and motivated you might as well do it. It's good for your mind, body, & spirit :)

Awesome difference keep it up! You look fantastic!!!

I completely agree with this! I was getting so discouraged because of my scale, so I've decided not to weigh (just yet). Although I don't think I've lost much recently I do have more energy and that is a start. Also, moderation and consistency really are key you have to be able to eat things that you enjoy, don't go…

That's not true. I lost 50lbs doing mainly weight training yoga, and pilates and sometimes walking.

I haven't checked in for a minute, but I am still doing the shred I'm on Day 4 of Level 3 today. I really liked level 2 best and felt like I sweat a lot and got a great workout in that level. I think I am struggling with this level more though because I have a weak core and back and need to improve the strength before I…

I can relate I am NOT a morning person and have done the same thing for the last two months in the morning. Fortunately, I have time in the evening to workout. Do what you can when you can and push yourself, it seems as if that is what you did today, great job!!! Have you tried waking up at 5:50 instead to go on a half…
