The same thing happens to me. I don't know what it is. I have heard it is your body "letting go of fat" not sure how much I believe that though. Just keep working out and drinking lots of water. Water really helps with skin elasticity.

I just completed Day 8 Level 1. My performance was weak. I didn't sleep much last night and did and hour and a half cardio prior. Tomorrow I am going to focus on this first then cardio..

When I lost my first 50 it was by circuit training, eating healthy, pilates, then I added intense cardio and weight-lifting. Circuit training seems to work wonders (for me anyway).

When I am on a budget I stick with salad, veggie tacos, pasta with lots of veggies, brown rice, lentils, black beans, any bean really, veggies and hummus for dipping, my bf also makes a great Portabella Mushroom Parmesan with vegan cheese that ends up being pretty inexpensive. Depending where you live sometimes co-op farms have deals on baskets of what's in season and as someone else mentioned the Farmers Market. I always go toward the end when they are pushing the veggies and fruit that they don't want to take back with them and see what deals I can work. Another FM that I go to has one lady…

Hot shower, hot tub, heating pad, and self massage. My legs were KILLING me the other day and I rubbed them out and the next morning I woke up like NEW!
