FiberOne cereal is great, 25 carbs 14 of which are fiber I believe it's 50% of your daily needs.

Make the majority of your 1250 calories come from lean proteins(chicken, turkey) and keep carbs low only eating green veggies or other high fiber foods.

Sorry completely misread your question. If it's something that you will stick to, and put a lot of effort into and enjoy, then I say it's good enough for now.

For myself I am pretty boring and simple, lifting weights and running. But my wife enjoys Turbo Jam, and I have some friends and family that love p90x. I think those two give a pretty good variety when it comes to a workout.

Don't forget the calf muscles. They take a lot more reps since they are already very strong from every day use. I agree with what's already been said, squats and other weighted legs lifts plus being lean in that area.
