I just started the fast fix today. I did workout #3for ABS and wow it kicked me. right now I'm going to do one level daily. tomorrow ill do #1 Friday #2for Saturday #3to and so on

I would be happy with losing inches and not the weight since you build muscles. Of course you can't spot reduce but it's in my belly and butt/thighs
