Haven't quite hit the menopause stage of life but I am certainly realizing that as I approach 30, its just not nearly as easy to drop 10 pounds to get into that party dress (ya feel me?) :noway: So, I'm not sure I can offer you much advice but I'll certainly be here for support. :flowerforyou:

This posting spurred a question for me. :wink: How closely do you need to meet your nutritional goals? I am usually slightly over or under....not a huge difference, but greeneyedgirl has got me questioning it now!!!! lol :indifferent:

Um......I dont usually go over my limits (if I'm not "cheating"...hehe:blushing: ). I try my best to check the nutritional value on MFP prior. That may not help you much but for what its worth. :flowerforyou:
